Bulk packed tomato paste is also called aseptic packed tomato paste. It is usually packed by aseptic bag in a steel drum or a wooden bin. It is made from fresh, ripe and healthy processing tomatoes through a series of technical treatment including cleaning, sorting, breaking, evaporating, sterilizing, and filling. Normally, bulk packed tomato paste is the primary materials for manufacturing small canned tomato paste, tomato sauce, ketchup, tomato powder, and lycopene, etc.

　　大包装也叫无菌袋大桶酱，通常用220立升（55加仑）钢桶和1000立升（300加仑）木箱包装。大桶酱使用新鲜成熟的加工用番茄果为原料，经过清洗、挑选、破碎、蒸发、杀菌、灌装等工艺精制而成，一般被用作生产小包装番茄酱、番茄沙司、番茄调味酱、番茄粉、番茄红素等产品的初级原料。
